The week before the auction I was joking with Paul we could let the house go for $700k, Paul and Wayne the Harcourts auction team sold it for only a little shy of that figure. My wife and I were blown away.

Recently we engaged the services of Paul and the Harcourts Waikanae team to sell our property at Waikanae Beach. Paul took us through the different options of traditional offer, closed tender and auction and we all agreed on an auction. Paul explained to us how the process works and how we could make the process as easy as possible for potential purchasers. There is no second chance when bidding at an auction, once the hammer falls the successful bidder owns it so the pre-auction process is all about due diligence which Paul recommended the vendor made easier through providing a LIM and Building Report as part of the package.
